The new Utah Maintenance facility was constructed to service Region Three which has jurisdiction over six counties in Central Utah: Juab, Utah, Wasatch, Duchesne, Uintah and Daggett. This region has approximately 200 full-time employees. This new facility was designed to accommodate administration, construction maintenance, materials, signal, carpenter shops, and a warehouse. The project was also built to accommodate a heavy equipment repair building. The aim was not only functionality but also to achieve an aesthetically pleasing facility.
