The Neways Warehouse project consisted of a 22,000-square foot interior remodel of an existing warehouse facility in Springville, Utah. What made this project more challenging than most, was that two warehouses were being merged into one facility which required a functional design to accommodate both existing warehouse facilities. This came with requests which often seem to pull in different directions. This included the need to accommodate the electrical requirements for the owner’s equipment as well as office space that needed to be accounted for. Design requests created shifting directions in the scope of project as requirements were demanded by both the owner as well as the facilities’ maintenance team. The project was completed and considered a successful venture for all involved.
