Located on the East side of Brigham Young University’s campus, Wilkinson Electric has participated in several phases of a multi-phase master planned housing complex consisting now more than a dozen new housing residences. BYU has been expanding its student accommodations through the tear down and re-building of the Heritage Halls Housing.

Each building is four-stories with a basement between 166,000-188,000-square feet. The 43 two and three-bedroom apartments per building are equipped with living furniture, full kitchens and other amenities including laundry rooms and storage spaces. Just as exciting as the inside living pods, the buildings have been designed with outdoor spaces with plenty of room for social interaction.
