In 2009 Wilkinson Electric was able to be a part of an expansion at the Dixie Regional Medical Center, where a new Outpatient Facility was built. The purpose of this new facility was to assist patients in becoming well. Consisting of rehabilitation areas, sports medicine, spine program, sleep lab, and an outpatient surgical center this new state of the art facility aids the existing DRMC and the local community. This is accomplished through more physician offices, operating room capacity, and a larger space for growth of existing services such as imaging and rehabilitation.

The impressive facility consisted of 155,000 total square feet. A large building that included 5 stories of Medical and Hospital grade work (including MRI, CT Scan, NUC Med, and X-ray rooms) with an additional parking structure, located below the structure. The project had a 22-month completion schedule and was competitively bid.
