Located in Southern Utah’s St. George, Dixie State University began construction on this newly designed 4 -story housing complex in 2016. The nearly 90,000-square foot housing complex is the retreat for 352 students who share a living suite accommodating six students each with options of shared or individual bedrooms. This is the first housing complex to be constructed on campus since 1968 which adds to the excitement for the university and students alike.

For social interaction, the facility also features a multipurpose room, three activity areas, an exercise room and a conference room. Students are able to enjoy stunning views from the complex’s multiple deck and courtyards. The large backyard courtyard serves as a gathering spot for students with amenities like volleyball courts, barbecue pits and grassy areas. The environmentally friendly design meets the University’s high performance building standards.
