Spanish Fork Sports Park is well known for its beautifully constructed 8 baseball diamonds with shaded bleachers and lighted fields. The Sports Park also has 4 batting cages, a lighted football field, 7 soccer fields (2 with lights), 6 lighted tennis courts, 2 pavilions with gas grills, a half-mile paved walking river trail, a large playground, restrooms, picnic tables, maintenance shed, and plenty of parking. This location has become a “go-to” for family, friends, and sports enthusiasts looking to enjoy the outdoors within the community.

With room for further expansion, the construction of the mostly complete 73-acre park came with its own challenges of funding. City officials recognized the demands for the city’s growing athletic programs and growth of the city. Means to move forward with the project were obtained through volunteers, donations, the growth of the community and participation of the community. Wilkinson Electric was privileged to be involved as a volunteer throughout the 4 phases of the project.
