With 232,000-Square feet, the Health & Justice Building for Utah County was a two-phase project, consisting of main building and a separate parking structure at the buildings rear. The building has three floors among which the county’s entire health services facility has been incorporated. Colored pre-cast panels and brick veneer have been used for the exterior finish, while the main lobbies are comprised of granite quarry tile with extensive cherry and oak case work. The parking structure was built primarily from post tensioned concrete, and consists of six floors, one being subterranean. This project was completed three months ahead of schedule.
