Employment Reference Checks

To ensure that individuals who join Wilkinson/Ace are well qualified and have a strong potential to be productive and successful, it is the policy of Wilkinson/Ace to check the employment references of all applicants and to verify the accuracy of the employment application, including but not limited to, the status of the applicants DOPL License.

The Human Resources Department will respond to all reference check inquiries from other employers. Responses to such inquiries will be limited to factual information that can be substantiated by Wilkinson/Ace's records. Information will not be released on employees or former employees until a signed Release of Personal Information Form has been received by the Human Resources Department of Wilkinson/Ace.
