Employment with Wilkinson/Ace is at the mutual consent of Wilkinson/Ace and the employee, and either party may terminate that relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. However, two weeks notice prior to an employee terminating their employment would be expected.
Personal business will not be conducted on company time. If, due to unusual circumstances, personal business must be conducted during your regular hours, the employee may request time off, without pay, from their supervisor. Normally, one week notice is required for such items as doctor appointments, dentist appointments, or any other similar absence that requires an appointment.
